Vet Tech Mary with Golden Retriever LillyMary Ehrenberg graduated from the veterinary technology program at SUNY Delhi in 1986. After working with several different practices in eastern New York, she joined Middlebranch Veterinary in 2006. Her professional interests include dentistry and geriatric medicine.

Mary has two golden retrievers, Daphne and Lilly, and is married with two children.

 

Vet Tech Melissa with Pugs Pugsley and MyrtleMelissa Fransen graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Technology from Mercy College and has been with Middlebranch Veterinary ever since. Her professional interests include anesthesia and surgical nursing.

Melissa lives with her husband, the pugs Pugsley and Myrtle, and a handsome cockatiel named Heff. She enjoys hiking, walking the Putnam Trail way, and family time.

 

Veterinary Assistant Christine with Dog DaphneChristine Sheridan has been a member of the Middlebranch Veterinary team since 2005. She received a Bachelor's degree in Equine Studies from Centenary College in New Jersey in 1992 and worked for 10 years as manager for a hunter-jumper show barn before a career change brought her into a small animal practice in 2003.

Although she has no pets of her own, Christine is "aunt" to dozens of horses, dogs, and a few cats as she pet and house sits for many members of our local community.

 

Veterinary Assistant Amy Barry with Dogs Fanee and BogartAmy Barry joined the Middlebranch Veterinary team in 2006, bringing a fun-loving attitude and a true passion for caring for our patients. Amy brings a tremendous amount of experience to her job, having worked with animals since she was only 19!

Outside of work, Amy keeps busy with family and her son, Luke. She enjoys decorating, gardening, cooking, and motorcycle touring.

 

Lead Veterinary Receptionist Jeanine with Dog GrimmJeanine Sartoris has been head receptionist at Middlebranch Veterinary since tax day, 2002. With a degree in Licensed Practical Nursing from Northern Westchester Tech Center, Jeanine has finally found the way to blend her passion for animals with her true skill at taking care of people.

Outside of the hospital, Jeanine keeps busy with pet sitting and does private rescue for cats and kittens. Jeanine is also the proud mother of four!

 

Veterinary Assistant Jennifer with Dog JoceeWith more than a decade of veterinary experience, Jennifer Eckwerth joined Middlebranch Veterinary in November of 2010. A life-long workaholic, Jen is all about the animals and keeps busy with hiking with her two boys, Jack and Buzz.

 

 

 

Amy joined the team at Middebranch Veterinary in October of 2015. She studied Biology with a concentration in Microbiology at SUNY Purchase.

At home, Amy has two foxhounds, Bailey and Zola; a dachshund, Basophil; a mischievous cat, Killian; and two Panther Chameleons, Dali and Loki. She is also an avid traveler with an affinity for hiking and rock climbing in the Pacific Northwest.
